Privacy Policy

ChillPuzzles lets you play without creating an account. This policy describes the puzzle application as it currently works, including what remains on your device and what could change if advertising or analytics are added later. It does not claim that future services are already active. Last updated: September 28, 2026.

Local progress and cookies

The game uses your browser's localStorage to remember the positions of pieces, selected difficulty, elapsed time, move count, completion state, and daily streak. This information stays in that browser; the application does not upload it for account syncing. It can disappear if you clear site data, use private browsing, or switch browsers or devices. You can remove it through your browser's site-data settings. The current puzzle code does not set tracking cookies. Your browser or hosting infrastructure may still handle ordinary technical data needed to deliver pages; a browser's cookie and site-data controls show what is stored locally.

Advertising and analytics

There is no advertising SDK or analytics tool in the current application. In particular, Google AdSense is not active now. If third-party ads are introduced, an ad provider may use cookies or similar identifiers to show ads, measure performance, or limit repeated ads. We will identify the provider, explain its data use and available choices, and update this policy before enabling it. Where the law requires consent for nonessential storage or personalized ads, those features should not run until the required choice has been offered. The same rule applies if an analytics provider is added: this page will name it and explain what information it receives, why, and for how long.

Requests and regional rights

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to or restrict certain processing. In regions covered by the GDPR, additional rights may include access, portability, withdrawing consent, and contacting your data-protection authority. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information. We do not operate a user-account database, and the current application does not sell or share puzzle progress for advertising. These rights depend on the facts and law that apply to a particular request.

This address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to a privately managed Gmail inbox, so both services handle the sender address and message content to deliver it. Do not put private details into a public issue or message. If you share a screenshot, remove anything unrelated to the puzzle first. We may need enough information to understand your request, but please do not send passwords or payment details; the game has no reason to ask for either.
